Well, here we are back to me again!

I love to travel and learn about other cultures. It's fascinating to see our differences and similarities. On recent trips to Mexico I was able to see the ruins of Chichen Itza and Tulum. Now with all the talk and hubub about 2012 I really have some inside info! We got lots of photos while there, and brought home some wonderful souvenirs.

Italian food, Mexican food and chocolate are my passions, however I must admit that I just love food, period. Also, I think cooking and baking lets me use some of my creative instincts while at the same time gives me a sense of accomplishment.

Recently I received my Woods ring at St. Mary of the Woods College, which is a great achievement for me. My role in the ceremony was bearer of the Woods banner (which was bigger than me). It was a great day for all of us - around 90 women and men received their rings that day.

I look forward to graduation in 2011, many more trips in the future (desinations unkown at this time) and lots and lots of great food!
